Flush Mount Ceiling Lights

A flush mount ceiling light sits tight against the ceiling, so it gives a room even, overall light without hanging into the space. It is the right choice for low ceilings, hallways, bedrooms, closets and anywhere a pendant would get in the way. A semi-flush mount hangs a few inches lower and spreads more light across the ceiling.

What size flush mount do you need?

A simple rule: add the length and width of the room in feet, and use that number in inches as the diameter. A 10 by 12 foot bedroom suits a fixture of about 22 inches. In a hallway, use several smaller fixtures spaced evenly along its length.
